Job Opportunity: Associate Director - Contingency Claims SpecialistLocation: LondonSalary: £60,000 - £80,000 DOE + Discretionary bonus + Car Allowance Summary:My client is looking for a dynamic individual to join their team as an Associate Director specializing in Contingency Claims. This role presents an exciting opportunity to directly impact their clients experiences in the dynamic world of event insurance.If youre passionate about client-facing roles, have a solid background in claims and the contingency markets , and thrive in a fast-paced environment, then this role could be for you.Responsibilities:As an Associate Director, youll be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients, ensuring their claims needs are met efficiently and effectively. Your duties will include:

  • Managing new instructions and work in progress in alignment with company procedures and service standards.
  • Investigating claims to establish policy liability and progress them efficiently.
  • Registering new claims accurately and maintaining records throughout the claim lifecycle.
  • Liaising with insurers, service providers, and other stakeholders to ensure the highest levels of customer service.
  • Providing guidance and support to clients and other involved parties to actively manage the claim process and minimize delays.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date diary system and taking proactive steps to resolve outstanding issues.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role within contingency claims handling, ideally in the entertainment market
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
