Job Description

Contested Wills, Trusts, and Estates Associate An award-winning Top 60 law firm with a national presence are expanding their private client team and are looking to recruit an Associate/Senior Associate for their Central London office. Excellent opportunity to join an ambitious firm with a growing reputation in the London market. The firm are highly recognised in Legal 500 and act for market leading clients across various sectors. The top ranked contested wills & probate team consists of standout individuals who advise on a full range of private wealth disputes, will disputes, inheritance act claims, on/offshore trust disputes, court of protection disputes, etc. The team regularly act on behalf of individuals, professional executors, trust corporations, charities, and financial institutions. The firm is seeking a motivated and technically strong lawyer with ambition, and sound knowledge of regulations, and market trends.The Candidate

  • Contested Wills, Trusts, and Estates Associate with at least 2 years PQE.
  • Strong academic background with experience of providing practical advice to clients.
  • Ideal candidate will possess ACTAPS and STEP diploma.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Business development acumen and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for growth.
