Job Description

Role: Content Marketing ExecutiveLocation: Central LondonSalary: £22kJob Type: PermanentHours: MondayFriday; 9am6pmOur client is an award-winning Commercial Real-Estate Company who provides 5-star luxurious serviced offices, across iconic Central London locations, with complimentary concierge service and bespoke workspaces, creating an utterly unique experience for theirclients.Job Objective:As the Content Marketing Assistant your main objective is to promote the brand across all online platforms, ensuring consistency and our luxury brand positioning is noticed across all client touchpoints. You will work with a growing team in your departmentreporting to the Marketing Manager, shaping the future of the Marketing Department.Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media - Develop a social media strategy to promote the brand, considering brand guidelines, brand language and a consistent posting schedule that promotes the organisation as more than a serviced office brand, but a hospitality brand. This will involvecreating content and working with those throughout the business to create high quality content that aligns with the content strategy.
  • CopywritingCopywrite across the brand, creating a considered and luxury tone of voice, which is applied across every aspect of the client journey, supporting, and working with the wider business to enhance communications with clients.
  • Brand Partnership OutreachExpanding on current brand partnership opportunities, with various high-end London hotels.
  • Event CoordinationCoordinate events across the collection that adds value to all clients. You will work to plan and promote the events that transform the idea of networking within the serviced office industry.
  • Photography and VideographyWork with an external content agency to commission content for marketing collateral, social media platforms and produce videography that promotes the launches of new offices within the company collection.
  • Awards and Public RelationsDrive award nominations, to ensure clients are aware of the outstanding service levels. This will involve the application of awards, promoting the awards across all social media platforms and client communications and attendingaward ceremonies. You will also work to develop the public perception of the brand to both clients and potential employees.
  • Brochure CreationDesigning brochures, using brand guidelines. You will support the sales department, ensuring they have all the marketing collateral needed to improve potential client conversion.
  • Identifying OpportunitiesContinually identify opportunities to tell the company brands story and create the perception of being a luxury brand that is industry leading, changing the serviced office industry with our revolutionary ideas.
Key Skills & Experience: (Essential)
  • A recent graduate in either marketing or graphic communication
  • Abobe Creative Cloud skills
  • Copywriting skills
  • Ability to work from a B2B marketing perspective
  • Personable, able to build relationships with a wide range of individuals
  • Organised ensuring all platforms are covered and maintained
  • Analytical and creative thinking, develop strategies and content that excites
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Desire to continually learn and develop, building your knowledge to move forward
