We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Client Services Team as a Content Manager/Writer. Reporting into the Account Director you will work alongside one other and will be responsible for creating content on automotive products and technology.This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is proactive, driven and would welcome an opportunity to be part of an exciting growing company.Key activities
  • Working with clients and internal stakeholders to create product insight documents
  • Writing automotive/technology product reviews and articles
  • Summarizing complex product information into simple and easy to digest documents
  • Creating and reviewing master documents that can be translated for pan-European use
  • Helping to create documentation in support of face to face training, virtual classroom training, e-learning, videos, websites and product guides
  • Supporting the Account team to communicate complex product information in a way that is easy to understand
  • Driving improvement in the quality of documentation
Skills
  • Build an understanding of market and customer needs
  • Able to keep content detailed and to the point
  • Work to deadlines - manage your own time
  • Contribute towards all editing, fact-checking, proof-reading of content
  • Ability to unravel technical information into clear and concise copy
  • Upholding the highest standards for factual accuracy
  • Be a proficient proof-reader - a keen eye for detail and love for grammar is essential
  • Adaptable - enjoys a dynamic role and environment
  • Organised - plans, schedules and budgets in an efficient manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at various levels

Experience / Qualifications
  • Automotive knowledge/expertise
  • Training knowledge/expertise
  • Previous copywriting experience
  • Strong demonstrable track record of success
  • Degree qualified or equivalent
