In spite of growing awareness of the issues, too many people struggle to get the mental healthcare they need. Our ambition is to make exceptional mental healthcare as accessible as possible, whether accessed via the NHS or as a private self-referral.We’re currently experiencing significant growth, supported by a new investment programme in technology, people and marketing. Following the appointment of a new marketing director, we’re now looking to roll out a new strategy for building the brand, including developing new customer propositions, optimising the customer experience, launching a new content and PR programme, and refreshing the brand identity including the website.Great content, in various creative forms, will be central to the successful delivery of this strategy.To help bring it to life, we’re looking for a versatile content professional - creator, editor and manager - who can champion, manage and help deliver content for a diverse multimedia marketing programme.What youll be doing:+ Be the champion and guardian of great content, in all its forms, across Clinical Partners+ Develop a consistently engaging voice for the brand across all channels and types of content+ Oversee content development for a website refresh project. With particular focus on communicating our unique value and people-led approach in a simple and engaging way.+ Beyond the initial website refresh project, you will be the content editor for the website, adding new pages and editing as required+ Manage the Clinical Partners blog, either writing yourself, or briefing to writers and playing an editorial role+ Managing development of content for our social channels, in particular building educational video and audio content, and thought leadership for our professional audiences+ Developing compelling programmes for our successful OpenHouse on Mental Health webinar series+ Develop robust content operations processes with various content creators ensuring efficiency and consistent high quality+ Creating a content governance process to ensure our content remains accurate and relevant+ Chief editor, optimiser (writer if you’ve time!) of copy and content for campaigns and through the customer journey (UI).+ Chief editor for internal materials, such as guidance to clinicians on our clinical processes+ Creative input into new proposition development where great content has the potential to add value+ Managing other content creators as required.About You:The right person for this role could come from a publishing, education, charity, health & wellbeing brand or agency background. Or possibly all the above or more!You’ll need to be as happy designing and managing a content programme, as editing and creating bits of it yourself. While the written word is at the core of our content, events, video, podcasts and creative use of social will be central to our strategy, so versatility is perhaps the most important requirement.Most of all we’re looking for somebody who is excited by what great content can contribute, and keen to bring their skills to a sector where they can really make a difference. Clinical Partners is at the start of its marketing journey so this is a role that should grow in line with our wider ambitions.There’s loads to do, so we envisage the role as full time. Having said that, we’re open to ideas and can be flexible if required for the right person.
