Job Description

WarnerMedia - Content Delivery CoordinatorContract until end of Feb 2021Job Summary:

  • Delivery of content across EMEA for linear & non linear content fulfilment in line with first use dates. Transcoding, formatting, QC, delivery, packaging and tracking of content as well as metadata & ancillary assets to fulfil all of Warner Media’s content output obligations.
  • Main point of contact for all platforms receiving content (e.g. LPPs, Catch Up Services, VOD Platforms etc) Tracking and resolution of missing or rejected content. Liaise with other departments and vendors to identify and resolve technical issues to ensure corrected material is redelivered promptly and efficiently.
  • Working closely with 3rd parties to ensure agreed work is completed on time and in line with expectations.
  • Working closely with Programming Operations and regional teams to plan content fulfilment in line with content availability dates. Be aware of high profile or tight turnaround content to ensure priority processing.
