Content is the beating heart of the product. But creating great in-store digital contentisnt just a case of running a TV ad on a screen by the product. Strong content delivers the brand strategy with attention-grabbing, contextual & relevant to the shopper communication.They are looking for a Content Creative to join the exciting and expanding strategy team in London. You will be tasked with taking a lead on all things content creative, reporting into the Creative Director. You might be a shopper creative with strong contentexperience, an all rounder who can bring a breadth of expertise and experience, or a social creative who fancies a fresh challenge.You will take ownership of creative content development, partnering with their strategy and client service teams to bring it to life. You will be comfortable developing content start to finish. From digesting the client brief to delivering on the retailer& brand objectives, ideating and ensuring were delivering on KPIs.WHO YOU AREWe are looking for a passionate, vibrant and committed individual who is on top of digital, technological and retail industry trends, bringing high energy and enthusiasm into a team dynamic. You will be confident when it comes to all aspects of the creativeprocess and seeing a campaign through, from ideation to execution, presentation and production.We are looking for someone who has an insatiable desire to understand how the consumer interacts with brands in the retail space. This person must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and show-up with a drive to deliver world-class work every day.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESA "typical" day might include any of the following: Digesting a brand brief Reviewing a brands assets with the Strategy team to determine what is best to use Exploring which dynamic triggers (time, weather etc) are most suitable for the brief Developing initial content ideas, storyboards Collaborating with Strategy Presenting storyboards back to the brand / retailer Building on / optimising existing content Working with the data and analytics to extract performance insights to inform content iteration and optimisationQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Experience in a content creative role is needed, retail and shopper marketing experience is a bonus Experience working at pace and answering briefs with a fast turnaround Excellent communication/presentation skills and an ability to inspire internal and external stakeholders with your storytelling and ideas Able to navigate ambiguity - "Good Content" can mean very different things to people! Proven track record of the creation and delivery of content creative An interest in the retail landscape, including, trends and technologies Comfortable working in a team environment and briefing designers Passionate about creating impactful and memorable content that cuts through the clutter A can-do attitude and the willingness to help shape the content culture within the agency
