Job Description

Contact Centre Architect / Global Communications / Cloud TelephonyHave you designed an international contact centreA niche global service provider is looking for a contract Solution Architect specialising in Contact Centre & cloud based Telephony to design and cost multiple contact centre solutions on a global scale.You must have experience in the following:

  • Design and costing of multiple global contact centres sites.
  • Experience working with one of the Tier 1 Contact Centre Solutions (FIVE9, 8x8, AVAYA, Twilio, NICE, ect.)
  • Experience designing a contact centre from scratch, high & low level solution designs and costings for the centres.
This is a hybrid working role where you will be working in a London office 1-2 days per week and there may be an opportunity for contract extension.3-Month Contract / Circa £750 - £850 p.d. / Outside IR35Please apply to be considered for the role.
