YOUR IMPACT The Equity Structuring & Managed Strategies team within Private Wealth Management are currently seeking a product specialist and marketing analyst or associate. The team is comprised of product specialists who provide investment ideas and trade execution incross-asset structured investments, as well as running discretionary option overlay and structured product businesses. As a product specialist within the team, your role will primarily revolve around presenting and generating trade ideas, preparing customizedinvestment proposals, and developing strong trusted relationships with Private Wealth Advisors. You will have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, strong communication skills, and client service are essential to maintainingand enhancing our business. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparing customized investment proposals and marketing material for PWM clients
  • Brainstorming and presenting strategic and thematic investment ideas to Private Wealth Advisors
  • Price and structure cross-asset structured products
  • Self-starter, with ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment and across group functions
  • Liaise with our counterparts in Compliance, Legal and Management on a variety of projects
  • Work closely on business development initiatives including managing client-related webinars, contributing to product development, and leading periodic outreaches to Private Wealth Advisors
  • Contribute to platform expansion and potentially the introduction of new product lines
  • Work and learn from a well-established experienced team of Product Specialists, Portfolio Managers, and Investment Advisors
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS:
  • Strong interest in global financial markets & derivative instruments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Team orientated player
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task & work under pressure
  • Solid work ethic and high levels of motivation
  • Time management and the ability to prioritize
  • Commitment to excellence and a high level of integrity
  • Ideally 2-4 years experience in a structured products, derivatives sales, structuring or trading seat
  • Relevant bachelors degree or equivalent qualification with an excellent academic record
