Job Description

Oil & Gas ConsultantsA technology services leader searching for the UKs best Oil & GAS Consultants. These opportunities are at all levels and as a result the client can offer both excellent professional and financial incentives for anyone to join them.About the RoleAs a Oil & Gas Consultant you will be expected to carry out the following roles:

  • Advise and strategise a whole host of customers across Oil and gas domain (upstream, digital customer experience, energy transition, EPC, retail operations, trading and risk management)
  • Support clients through designing and implementing operating models to leverage digital behaviours.
  • Advise client to be more employee and customer centric.
  • plan and lead work streams or projects across varied and subsequent journey stages.
  • Use pratical tools and technique to aid fulfilling client requirements e.g blueprinting, user stories, proces mapping etc.
Ideal Criteria for a Oil & Gas Consultant:
  • You will have 7+ years experience
  • Expertise in workforce and customer transformations e.g. operating model, service design, customer experience.
  • Being able to manage a project lifecycle along with strong presentation development and storytelling skills.
  • Track record of successfully working on large complex consulting engagements.

  • Base Salary £85,000-£100,000 (dependant on skill set and experience)
