The Putting Communities First Team is at the heart of these changes helping to rebuild trust, legitimacy and putting our communities first. The Role:We are looking to recruit a highly committed and talented consultation professional to join Kensington and Chelseas Putting Communities First Team. You will be joining a team of professionals which is at the forefront of the Councils efforts to better engage, involve and consult our residents and stakeholders using a variety of established and innovative methods.You will be responsible for conducting a range of consultations with residents using a variety of techniques to assess attitudes to, and satisfaction with, council services. You will help to ensure that the Councils consultations are carried out to a high standard and co-ordinate a consultation and engagement best practice group.About You: You will have a proven track record of involvement in effective public consultation You will be up to date with consultation best practice You will have experience in collecting, handling and analysing large amounts of information, and presenting this to a variety of professional and lay audiences You will have some experience of local government or the public sector You will have a good level of computer literacy and a knowledge of survey software is essential.
