You will work with outstanding digital talent across disciplines to innovate and create great solutions for iconic brands. Your role will include:

  • Using the best industry tools (Sketch, Adobe, Invision etc) to design innovative pixel perfect interfaces, using prototyping tools to bring those designs to life
  • Creating high quality designs for screen and for print, that complement and adhere to brand guidelines and design patterns, under tight client deadlines
  • Presenting your work giving rational for your design decisions to clients and taking on feedback and critique to further improve your work
  • Ability to give effective design feedback to others
  • Actively grow professional relationships with colleagues and clients to increase your network and broaden your knowledge base within design
  • Creation and ownership of design systems and libraries on a project
  • Mood-boarding and sketching early conceptual thinking to help shape the design direction
  • Playing an active role in planning and running client and internal workshops
  • Always having an eye on the future and sharing inspiration and findings with internal teams, on blogs and in publications

This role is based in our airy and bustling offices in Clerkenwell, London, with its legendary coffee machine and model train track, youll also have a chance to work with clients throughout Europe and beyond. You know it takes a mix of people to do amazing work, so you love collaborating with and learning from people with different skills, backgrounds and perspectives.   • A passion for all things design and in-touch with latest trends and emerging technologies with the ability to form your own opinion around these to create discussion
  • In-depth knowledge of iOS and Android app design
  • Experience curating professional presentation decks for internal and external use
  • Experience hosting and presenting stream wide product meetings both digitally and physically
  • An online portfolio that showcases your client facing design skills, your interaction design and your overall passion for what you do
  • A great level of skill on the tools. Sketch, Adobe, InVision etc and experience with prototyping tools to bring designs to life through clickable demos, motion design and interaction.
  • An experienced understanding of the end to end design process and working in sprints
  • Ability to effectively present your work to senior clients
  • Ability to effectively predict the time that is needed to perform design tasks for yourself and other visual designers, with the ability to proactively communicate that to project leads before and during a project
  • Willingness to travel and work on client site some of the time
