If this is relevant for you, just let your recruiter know when you make your application.Your roleAs part of this role you will be responsible for helping our clients to identify and implement the most appropriate and efficient testing solutions for their needs, drawing upon our wide range of expertise and experience. You will get the chance to work with top tier clients across a range of sectors, providing high quality test advisory and delivery services. This an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing team that has a unique position in the test consultancy market.Consultants will have responsibility for:

  • Defining performance test approaches for test delivery
  • Working with business and technical stakeholders to understand and clarify the Non-functional Requirements
  • Providing advice on testing tools and leveraging them effectively within a testing activity
  • Developing and maintaining technical test scripts for simulating load and monitoring/recording test outcomes
  • Working with key stakeholders at the client, building strong trusted relationships
  • Supporting our industry and proposition Testing leads to develop & implement existing & new go-to-market propositions

Tell us what arrangement works for you and we will try to accommodate.Your professional experienceTo qualify for the role Consultants must have:
  • A depth of experience with performance and resilience testing
  • Client facing experience
  • ISEB/ISTQB foundation (or equivalent experience)
  • Understanding in how to review and make recommendations for Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs)
  • Proven commercial experience of writing, maintaining and executing performance test scripts
  • Performance Test Tool expertise (such as LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad)
  • Experience of testing in cloud/serverless environments
  • An understanding of cloud computing technologies
  • An understanding of application monitoring and tools expertise (such as Dynatrace AppDynamics, Cloudwatch, etc.)
  • Proven technical ability - combined with strong business acumen
  • Demonstrable rapid career progression to-date
  • Test management tool expertise (such as HP ALM or Jira)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and often changeable client environment
  • Strong academic record
    • Additional desirable experience includes:
  • A proven track record in a top tier consultancy
  • Strong Agile experience, Scrum/Kanban knowledge
  • Experience with cloud migration projects
  • Experience with protocol based monitoring tools e.g. Fiddler
  • Exposure to NFT in a DevOps environment
