Your role will be to supervise and manage engagements and other related activities under the general direction of the Director and Senior Manager, in providing quality professional services to our clients. We are seeking an Immigration Consultant to join our busy UK-inbound immigration team, based in London.Job Role• Preparation and submission of immigration and visa applications • Review and accurately interpret information in order to deliver practical and suitable conclusions and recommendations to clients • Manage team activities to ensure compliance with Mazars risk management policies and procedures and manage engagement administration. • Management of engagement financials, cash collection and billing. • Provide reports in line with milestones and other KPI’s. • Ensure timely invoice production. ClientsThe Immigration team sits within the Global Mobility practice. We manage a range of business immigration services for multinational clients wishing to send their employees to work overseas. We also provide immigration services to private clients. Person SpecificationThesuccessful applicant will have previous experience within a similar role which is a mandatory requirement for this position along with the following skills, knowledge and experience:• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Good stakeholder management skills. • Organisational skills with ability to plan, prioritize, meet deadlines, monitor budget and manage multiple projects. • Excellent level of attention to detail with sound business judgement. • Good presentation skills. • Able to produce high quality, detailed and accurate work under pressure. • Must have a flexible attitude to working and possess a willingness to work as a part of team. • Pro-active, with the ability to plan and manage own workloadDesirable• OISC level 1 or 2 accredited preferred not essential.• Experience of dealing with Chinese and Japanese clients preferred but not essential• Fluency in Japanese and Chinese language preferred but not essential
