Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the successful completion of online due diligence portals/consultant databasesand Due Diligence Questionnaires to win new business and retain existing business for the firm with a view to ultimately increasing the firm’s AUM.
  • Provide accurate and timely data to external third parties and platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Seek ways to enhance efficiencies and streamline processes in relation to data provision via automation or process improvements.
  • Liaise with key business stakeholders of varying levels of seniority (from analysts and SMEs to Fund Managers and CIO).
  • Support the development of the Qvidian system.
  • Prioritise and manage workload efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of tasks.
  • Adhere to underlying RFP process ensuring consistent communication with stakeholders and compliance with internal review processes.
Experience & QualificationsThe successful candidate will have:
  • an understanding of asset management, particularly funds.
  • an ability to review, analyse and interpret complex information from multiple sources.
  • excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop productive relationships and to tailor approach to individuals to get the best outcomes.
  • the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • strong literary skills
  • experience working with financial data, preferably fund data.
  • RFP experience (desirable, not essential).
  • experience working in an asset management firm/fund house.
