Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Consultant Business Relationship Manager to join our Commercial team. This role is a based in our Head Office in Central London (NW1 4LJ), with a hybrid working model. We are also offering a competitive salary of upto £60,000 per annum plus a fantastic array of benefits.Established in 1932, The London Clinic is one of the UKs largest private hospitals, with state-of-the-art facilities located around Harley Street. • Job Type: This is a full-time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week.
• Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 per annum
• Location: 1 Park Square West, London, NW1 4LJ (Baker Street and Regents Park stations) - this role will offer a hybrid working approach.

Key Duties

• Account manage a specified list of consultants, in line with The London Clinics strategy and as per guidance from the Head of Clinician Relationships/Commercial Director
• Continually research developments in the healthcare market and regarding competitors identify emerging opportunities and threats
• Evaluate, analyse and interpret consultant data to identify consultant activity and trends in order to develop and target consultant account plans to facilitate accelerated practice growth
• Provide support to and proactively work with commercial, marketing, operational and clinical colleagues in growing the hospitals consultant and service portfolio

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of proven, successful key account management experience
• Proven business development experience, particularly in developing and growing accounts over time
• Demonstrated success in working in a commercial, targeted environment and consistently achieving personal revenue/activity targets
• Minimum 2 years of private hospital/healthcare experience
