Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Consultant Business Relationship Manager to join our Commercial team. This role is a based in our Head Office in Central London (NW1 4LJ), with a hybrid working model. We are also offering a competitive salary of upto £60,000 per annum plus a fantastic array of benefits.Established in 1932, The London Clinic is one of the UKs largest private hospitals, with state-of-the-art facilities located around Harley Street. We have approx. 1300 employees across 8 sites, where we cover a broad range of specialisms, including complexmedical and surgical procedures and a comprehensive range of cancer and outpatient services.Job ProfileYour goal is to drive measurable, accelerated growth in activity and revenue for The London Clinic. Through a targeted account and relationship management approach, your contirbution will be instrumental to the achievement of hospitals strategy, definedby the Executive Board.To be equal to the challenge, you will need proven experience of successful account management and business development skills within a competitive marketplace. Understanding of the healthcare market is essential.   • Job Type: This is a full-time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week.
  • Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 per annum
  • Location: 1 Park Square West, London, NW1 4LJ (Baker Street and Regents Park stations) - this role will offer a hybrid working approach.

Key Duties
  • Account manage a specified list of consultants, in line with The London Clinics strategy and as per guidance from the Head of Clinician Relationships/Commercial Director
  • Continually research developments in the healthcare market and regarding competitors identify emerging opportunities and threats
  • Evaluate, analyse and interpret consultant data to identify consultant activity and trends in order to develop and target consultant account plans to facilitate accelerated practice growth
  • Provide support to and proactively work with commercial, marketing, operational and clinical colleagues in growing the hospitals consultant and service portfolio
Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of proven, successful key account management experience
  • Proven business development experience, particularly in developing and growing accounts over time
  • Demonstrated success in working in a commercial, targeted environment and consistently achieving personal revenue/activity targets
  • Minimum 2 years of private hospital/healthcare experience
