The Revenue Growth team specifically focusses on the Consumer Goods market. We are looking for candidates at all levels of experience with an interest in Revenue Growth Management to join us, working in fast-paced teams with other highly talented, fun and motivated colleagues. Your role As an analyst tester, you would be responsible for identifying industry and stakeholder expectations for the product offering, and design suitable test scripts. Were looking for people who are natural inquisitive-takers and fast learners who bring out the best in others, are brilliant listeners and can deliver work without compromising standards, integrity or culture. Your role will focus on providing technical expertise in the development of a user front end for Net Revenue Management expertise. Youll have responsibilities to: • Participate in internal and client-facing meetings to discuss requirements and shape test scripts based on knowledge of the product • Identify and breakdown the necessary tasks to test a new product • Design test scripts by working with stakeholders and other members of the team • Set up automated tests and UAT test scripts • Identify and carry out a root cause analysis of errors and flag issues as and when they surface • Participating in some of the offering development process to understand the growth and capability of the product • Adhering to and updating established QA processes • Devising and deploying fixes and improvements • Writing and updating user documentation and operational procedures • Visualise the test script results either by developing reports independently or working with the visualization developers. • Using the knowledge of product testing to work in developing any in-built product validation processes where required Your work, your choice At Deloitte we believe the best impact is the value we add, not the hours we sit at our desk. Your professional experience Essential: • Proven analytical abilities • Experience of learning complex new processes and systems. • Challenging mind and confidence in ability to flag issues with a specialist product. • Attention to detail • Understanding of common software/product failures and faults • Experience in a variety of testing efforts/environments • Experience in developing test scripts and an understanding of the process required in testing a product prior to a push to production. • Understanding of the difference between product environments (Dev, QA, Prod) Desirable: • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Experience in Power BI or other visualisation software. • Comfortable using SQL (for database queries during tests) Your service line: Consulting Our people and the way we work are the two things that set us apart in the consulting universe.
