Job Description

ROLE: Consultant AnalystLOCATION: RemotePACKAGE: £25-30k basicYoure fascinated by the world of talent management.Assessment, professional development, and psychology, this is what makes you tick.Youve graduated in this space, and now its time to put that theory to practice and start your professional career.Well, Im working with a large organisation full of talent management experts.As they look to grow their consulting department, this role will give you insight into the strategies used to monitor and continuously improve assessment processes, whilst working with and learning from the experts in this space.This role is a great opportunity for someone in the early stages of their career in Occ Psych as youll have the chance to learn about high-volume and early talent challenges.Not only that, but with their expert way of combining the power of psychology with technology, youll have exposure to understanding more about the technical solutions that help their clients attract, identify, and select the very best talent for their teams.Youll be designing and delivering on client projects whilst learning about a full portfolio of in-house products and services that revolutionise so many companies across the world.Being the innovative bunch they are, youll be constantly reviewing and improving processes to maximise performance when it comes to business impact and candidate experience, so youll need to be analytical and detail-oriented in your approach.Not only do they set incredibly high standards for themselves, but their passion for this industry fuels their execution. Theyre constantly collaborating and constantly striving for more, with innovation being at the forefront of the business.They are open-minded about your experience, as long as you tick a couple of boxes and are genuinely passionate about this industry, all theyre looking for is:

  • Masters in Occupational Psychology (or in a similar related subject)
  • Willingness to learn and become an expert of their in-house solutions
  • Understanding of psychometrics and validation
