Consultancy Project CoordinatorWere on the hunt for a top-notch organiser to join a boutique advisory consultancy near Old Street. This firm, specialising in the not-for-profit sector, works with all the big names, helping them design and implement fundraising and strategic campaigns.In this role, youll be the linchpin keeping the consultants and advisors on track. Your excellent and proven project management skills will be essential in ensuring the smooth running of their operations. Youll attend meetings, take notes, and ensure thataction points are followed up on.Attention to detail is paramount in this role. Youll be regularly proofreading complex 60-page documents, so an excellent command of spelling, grammar, and sentence structure is a top priority.Your responsibilities will also include a wide range of administrative tasks such as preparing business pitches, contracts, and invoices, liaising with designers on the production of collateral, planning events, and generally being the kind of high-energy andpassionate person who gets things done.As the clients office is small, having zero ego is really important. Everyone in their firm has to have a flexible mindset, being willing to muck in on any task. There is zero room for a "not my job" attitude.That being said, they are a lovely team and this is the perfect opportunity for someone with strong project management skills who is able to work autonomously, in a grown-up and trusting environment.You will be in the office 2-3 days a week (no fixed days - it will have to be dependent on business needs)Salary: £40,000-£50,000 depending on experience.The ideal candidate will be:
