You will also find there is much more in the way of staff flexibility and work-life balance.Due to increased workflow, the firm is seeking to hire a Construction Associate (1-4 PQE) for their West End based team.Ideally, they are looking for an individual with broad expertise. However, the definite need is for a non-contentious focused Construction Solicitor to work alongside the Real Estate team.The Real Estate department is highly regarded and deals with a broad spectrum of clients ranging from Sovereign funds, major financial institutions, well-known international companies including many household names, high-profile entrepreneurs, public figures, and investors.You will deal with a hands-on, broad and varied caseload that will include:- Assisting with non-contentious construction transactions- Drafting, negotiating and reviewing appointments- Building contracts for developers, building owners and occupiersThis role comes with excellent progression and the opportunity to work alongside an exceptional Construction Partner.
