Do you have several years experience leading site teams and various trades on high end residential refurb and fit out projects in the London area The successful Site Manager will manage 1 large scale residential fit out initially with a £1m+ valueCOMPANY PROFILE - Site Manager:Our client launched over 10 years ago from their base in West London and they were formed on the basis of strong customer service, award winning design and professional project management. They offer an integrated design & build service which works alongside in-house interior design.DUTIES - Site Manager:*Ensure quality is up to appropriate spec, keep site tidy, organised and H&S Compliant*Create/Manage RAMS and site inductions for company and subcontractors*Set up project timeline schedules -update weekly, set targets*Ensure management software is kept up to date with notes, short & long-term programming, to do lists etc.*Ensure drawings and specs are up to date on site and on software*Source / advise site team on specialist procurement items*Maintain excellent client communication and managementEXPERIENCE PROFILE - Site Manager:*Proven expertise at running a complex fast-pace residential fit out*Good knowledge and experience of Building Regulations*Good eye for finish and detail (residential)*H&S training / CSCS card / First aider / SMSTS*Able to read drawings and schedules of works*Good IT skills inc.
