Job Description

Our client are a specialised in the construction and management of medium and high end new builds, full refurbishment, basement conversion, extensive structural alteration and fit out of extensive residential and commercial spaces.Main Responsibilities:

  • Assessment of tenders prepared by client design team and responsible for estimating process through subcontractor network
  • Liaise with Design team on the technical aspects of the project
  • Procurement of key items within the project
  • Creating Work Schedules and Gantt Charts, identifying critical path activities to ensure timely delivery
  • Oversee setting up procedures
  • Compliance with design
  • Report to client changes or variations to cost and design
  • Site inspections
  • Organising, preparing, and issuing construction progress reports.
  • Production of valuations
  • Cost tracking and pricing additional works when required
Required Skills and Attributes:
  • Construction experience in basement excavation and superstructures of new builds and existing buildings
  • Construction experience in full refurbishment of residential properties and commercial fit out of medium and high-end finish.
  • CSCS card
  • Emergency First Aid Certificate
  • Valid UK Driving license is essential
The successful applicant will receive:
  • Up to £60,000 per annum.
  • Company mobile phone
  • All out of pocket expenses
  • Ideally you will be able to start within four weeks, with salary based on experience.
  • Permanent Contract
