RedLaw have partnered with a forward thinking US Law Firm who are looking for dynamic Conflicts Lawyer to join their London office on a permanent basis.This presents a thrilling opportunity for someone with a minimum of 4 years conflicts experience, eager to contribute to the growth of one of the fastest-growing US law firms in London.In this role, youll need to bring critical thinking, strong judgment, and exceptional decision-making skills to the table. Your responsibilities will include supervising Senior Conflicts Analysts, ensuring the quality and accuracy of their work, and providingtraining and guidance on the analysis and clearance process.Youll be at the forefront of examining conflict search outcomes through the firms Intapp Open Conflicts System. Collaborate with members of the Office of General Counsel to conduct a thorough analysis and evaluation of these results, determining the presenceof any conflicts of interest.Active participation in discussions with Firm attorneys will be crucial, allowing you to proactively gather information and address conflicts of interest. Additionally, youll be responsible for creating a detailed Summary Conflicts Report for the relevantpartner and drafting initial versions of any necessary conflict waivers.This role not only promises professional growth but also an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a globally recognised law firm.
