My client an international law firm is seeking an experienced Concierge to join the organisation on a permanent basis.Working with the Facilities and Office Services department you would be required to manage, co-ordinate, and control the security of the building providing security to guests, visitors and employees.Typical duties include Site log of contractors and visitors Responsibility for office keys and passes To enforce local security measures in line with the organisations policies Front of the house duties, including meeting and greeting all clients and visitors to the Firm. Taking coats, jackets and luggage to the cloakroom Escorting clients and visitors to the waiting lounge or meeting room upon request and providing beverages. Organising couriers, cars and taxis for clients and visitors as required Logging any meeting room bookings Answering all external calls to the office and internal telephone and email enquiries To adhere to health & safety policies To perform mailroom, Office Services and admin duties as required Ensuring meeting rooms are in order following and prior to client and firm events. Including clearing away cups, glasses plates and mopping up any spillages that may cause damage to furniture.Working evenings 4pm - 1am (but first 3 months whilst new and training - 2pm - 11pm)Salary 25 - 30k
