Our client, London operation of a global investment bank with its presence in 11 countries, is looking for a Compliance Senior Associate.The company has been expanding rapidly diversifying its business from cash equity sales business to Investment Banking business focused in alternative asset classes.[Key Responsibilities](1) Respond to Audit requests from HQ and external auditors(2) Review High Risk Profiles for compliance(3) Complete any SARs reports to the MLRO(4) Annual review and Monitor Compliance Policies(5) Review and update quarterly regulatory developments(6) Drafting prudential policies, including ICARA, Wind-Down, Remuneration(7) Keep CASS Manual up to date(8) Keep FCA Directory and Companies House up to date(9) Conduct any Management Information Reports upon request(10) GDPR(11) Review IB Deals(12) Liaise with the FCA, ensure compliance with applicable permissions regimes(13) Directory person applications(14) Respond to requests for advice on regulatory and compliance matters[Working conditions](1) Location: City of London (Bank area)(2) Job type: Permanent(renewable 1 year contract) & office based(3) Working hours: 8am~5pm (including 1 hour lunch break)(4) Annual basic salary: 60~80K(5) Bonus, pension, life assurance, medical insurance, travel expense, etc.(6) Annual leave: 20 + Bank Holidays[Before you apply](1) You must have minimum 4 years experience in relevant roles within UK financial industry(2) You must have a right to work in UK immediately without any restriction.
