London Based FX Brokerage seek a Compliance Officer and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO). Seeking someone with good understanding on the regulatory requirements for FX, able to implement procedures. Commercial experience as MLRO or Compliance Officeror experience as Deputy MLRO or Compliance Manager. Experience within the payment and/or FX industry. Strong knowledge of the UK legislative and regulatory environment and requirements, e.g. Payment Service Regulations, Money Laundering Regulations. Ideallywith some AML qualification e.g. ICA or ACAMs. MLRO and Compliance to lead the firms Compliance Function, playing an essential role in helping the firm fight financial crime and manage their regulatory requirements. You will act as a Payment Service Directive(PSD) Individual with the FCA and Nominated Officer with HMRC for this brokerage. As Compliance Officer and MLRO you will be responsible for the Compliance and Risk Frameworks for the firm, working directly with the Managing Director and Financial Planneras part of the Senior Management Team.
