This is a fixed term contract with a smalland friendly Complaince Team, to cover a Maternity leave positionDuites to includeAssisting the Compliance Team, ensuring relevant laws and regulations are adhered to and policies and procedures are compliant.Assist and preparation of SMF applications and registering/de-registering certified staff.Compliance oversight and assist with the HMRC AEoI reporting.Responsible for certain regulatory reporting via FCA Reg Data, and delivery of training on Compliance topics.Responsible also for the completion Compliance monitoring reviews and testing.FCA knowledge and SMCR roles would be a requirement as would experience of working with the SME Banks and retail clientsWorking knowledge of FCA guidelines and knowledge of those regulations would be requiredPayment services and processes would also be helpful
