Job Details GOOSE Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Compliance Manager (Quality) on behalf of a highly reputable airline based in the UK.The role-The Compliance Manager (Quality Manager) is a proactive role within the ComplianceManagement team and holds the Form 4 position for the Part M and Part 145 element of the organisation.Required Skills/Experience/knowledge:The candidate must be acceptable to the CAA to hold Part M and Part 145 Form 4s, previous Form 4 holder preferred.Minimum4 years prior working in a quality management, quality auditing, compliance monitoring role.Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of CAA regulations for Part-145 and Part M (Part-CAMO).Active involvement with Part-CAMO transition process would be advantageous.Knowledgeof auditing techniques including planning conducting and reporting.Must possess confident and effective interpersonal communications skills when dealing with colleagues and authorities and an adaptable approach to the flexible operations of our client.Abilityto communicate and present information clearly and concisely both verbal and written.Working knowledge of QPulse is not essential but would be desirable.Some travel required to our clients operational basis and/or suppliers.- Offering between £60,000-£70,000per annum DOE.- Occasional hybrid work is available.- You must hold the rights to live and work in the UK in order to be considered for this role.All applications will be handled in the strictest confidence and unless you hear from us within 10 days of yourapplication, please assume that you have been unsuccessful on this occasion.
