Job Description

Compliance Analyst / Associate. London. C£45,000 plus benefits.Synchronicity Compliance are working with a leading global consultancy practice who are looking for someone to join their Technology Team.This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and experience gained to date, and build a career within a Consultancy Practice.You must have some previous experience within compliance, ideally within a client facing generalist role. Experience gained within technology or FinTech compliance a distinct advantage.The role:You will provide advice and support to a portfolio of clients on a wide range of regulatory compliance matters including:

  • Drafting and maintaining policies, procedures and compliance monitoring programmes.
  • Assisting with regulatory matters including authorisation applications and variations of permission.
  • Carrying out compliance health checks and periodic monitoring queries.
  • Actively partner with global sector teams to support and deliver on shared projects and responsibilities, where required.
  • Provide marketing support including drafting product two-pagers, gathering market research, promote internal and external PR and produce narrative.
    • Build an understanding and become the company’s platform specialist for:
  • AI-based automated regulatory horizon scanning
  • CASS workflow solution
  • Employee Conflicts of Interest
  • Market Abuse Surveillance System
    • To apply:
  • Degree educated, 2:1 or better.
  • An understanding and desire to work with IT platforms within the Regulatory Technology space.
  • A passion for technology, building out platforms, understanding their capabilities, demonstrating the benefits to internal and external stakeholders.
  • A forward-thinking outlook with the ability to work on their own initiative.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to engage with and support stakeholders at all levels.
