Job Description

My client is a well-known leading Asset Manager with a generous and inclusive culture. They have a fantastic opportunity for a Compliance generalist to join them at an associate level. With a development path to support the objectives and activities ofthe Compliance team in relation to all aspects of the Partnerships regulatory compliance and administration across the Advisory, Operations and Anti-Financial Crime disciplines.Responsibilities:

  • Performing, supporting & enhancing monitoring and surveillance activities.
  • Managing, supporting and developing workflows and record keeping in respect of staff personal compliance obligations.
  • Supporting the efficient operation of compliance frameworks including for anti-financial crime, training, reporting, regulatory change and regulatory policies.
  • Supporting and participating in the activities for reviewing and approving financial promotions and account openings.
  • Participating in other activities including for advisory, regulatory change, operations and anti-financial crime as mandated by the Head of Compliance.
Requirements:
  • Strong academics at Degree level
  • This role would suit an ambitious graduate who has gained 1 year plus experience in compliance and is looking to develop their compliance career.
  • Willingness to undertake and complete professional exams
  • Proactive with motivation for high standards of delivery and desire to develop insights and technical skills across a range of business and regulatory topics and disciplines.
  • High standards of written and oral communication.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to develop and foster productive professional relationships.
  • Affinity with technology and systems with a view to aiding efficiency and developing new workflows.
