As they continue to expandtheir operations, they are seeking a talented Compensation & Benefits Lead to join the HR team and spearhead our compensation and benefits initiatives.Position Overview:The Compensation & Benefits Lead will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing the compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent within the energy sector. Reporting to the senior HR team, the successfulcandidate will bring a wealth of experience in compensation and benefits management, a strategic mindset, and a passion for creating impactful employee experiences.Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy aligned with the companys business objectives and industry benchmarks.
  2. Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to ensure the competitiveness of our compensation packages, including base pay, bonuses, and equity incentives.
  3. Lead the annual salary review process, including budgeting, performance calibration, and communication with stakeholders.
  4. Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks unique to the energy sector.
  5. Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure compliance with local regulations and statutory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
  6. Partner with talent acquisition teams to develop competitive offer packages and negotiation strategies to attract top talent.
  7. Design and implement variable pay structures, incentive programs, and recognition initiatives to drive employee engagement and performance.
  8. Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, and make recommendations to senior leadership.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert on compensation and benefits matters, providing guidance and support to HR Business Partners and line managers.
  10. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging best practices, and legislative changes affecting compensation and benefits in the energy sector.
