Job Description

Compensation and Benefits Administrator£25,000 paAutomotive Retail Dealer GroupPermanent, full-time employmentWest London base with up to 50% home workingRenault Retail Group’s HR team is expanding and currently seeking a Compensation and Benefits Administrator to join our HR Team. Start date will follow the current Lockdown.This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved with the infrastructure of one of the most exciting and progressive companies in the automotive sector as vacancies of this nature are exceedingly rare.This is a new role and the new incumbent will be involved with writing, maintaining, moderating and calculating our Company’s various employee bonus schemes. There will also be administrative work related to our portfolio of benefits.The role will involve:

  • Day-to-day administration of the Company’s bonus calculators, which are frequently carried out in Microsoft Excel
  • Gathering business information from various departments and line managers
  • Assisting the HR Director with period benefits renewals
  • Distribution of bonus results to employees and relaying payroll information to our payroll system provider
  • Assist with monthly payroll reports
  • Monitor trends affecting compensation to assess whether improvements are possible
  • Tracking performance again Group schemes
  • The role will involve heavy usage of MS Excel and candidates are expected to have a strong proficiency in various Excel functions and facilities, which will be assessed during an initial video interview.Candidates will ideally have previous experience in an HR Admin role with a focus on payroll, benefits and compensation. We will prioritise candidates with recent experience using an HR information system such as ADP Freedom, SD Worx, Ceridian Dayforce, Moorepay, MHR, Crystal HR or other similar HRIS.Candidates should also have a full UK driving licence and their own transport, which will be helpful for occasional visits to sister sites in other parts of the country.This role will be 40 hours per week, operating Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm with 30 minutes for lunch, and will be based at our Head Office in West London, but after initial induction training, a flexible working pattern will apply, which includes the capacity to work from home (up to 50%).A laptop with secure VPN access and a mobile phone will therefore be part of the package. Candidates should therefore have a fast home broadband connection.In return we offer a basic salary of £25,000 per annum.
