Job Description

Kingswood Group are working with a leading, international engineering firm to recruit an expert Compensation Analyst for their UK business. This role offers hybrid working from their London head office working with the HR and internal stakeholders to delivera 360 compensation programme.Reporting to the US, this role will:

  • Work closely to HR Business Partners and internal stakeholders on all aspects of Compensation including; management, job evaluation, planning and design - producing reports, analyses and presentations to the business.
  • Provide support for Global Mobility for expatriate assignment.
  • Contribute to the development and communication of compensation programs and guidelines.
  • Develops and implements strategies for delivery of compensation to ensure competitiveness; appropriate linkages between pay and performance, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Designs, delivers, communicates, monitors, and/or administers compensation programs and practices, including job attributes, pay structure, incentive plans, annual rewards, and other compensation-related programs.
This opportunity requires the following skills/experience:
  • In depth knowledge of compensation terminology, job evaluation, incentive compensation design and reporting analysis.
  • Experience in various HRIS systems required with a strong preference, including Workday and Success Factors.
  • Strong analytical skills as you will be required to understand and effectively use data and metrics to dictate processes/workflows.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other data tools.
Ideally youll be able to start with short notice, the role will start on a 6 month contract (FTC/Day rate) before potentially becoming permanent. Youll need to be able to work in the office 3 days a week located in Central London, with 2 days working remotely.
