Job Description

Meraki Talent are working with a Global business consultancy based in London they are looking to add an experienced company secretarial manager to their team. The portfolio is growing, has complexity and an experienced and enthusiastic individual is requiredto support this growth and adequately manage the day to day administration of these companies. The Company Secretarial Manager reports to the Company Secretarial Team Leader. The Manager is the day to day point of contact and manager for a portfolio of transactions where the primary service is to provide company secretarial support.Requirements

  • At least 3-years’ experience
  • Qualified company secretary
  • Board minutes expertise
  • Cosec background
Key duties include
  • Ensures good legal standing of all client entities under management during the whole “lifecycle” of companies.
  • Drafting live minutes and action point list from meeting with the board, client, investor and committee meetings
  • Company house filings and performing all company secretarial duties for client and ensuring all legal and mandatory obligations are met
  • Maintaining and growing relationship with clients
  • Regular and timely reporting for legal issues
  • Portfolio management of companies such as real estate, private and structured finance
  • Drafting of service agreements ancillary documents and fee letters
  • Coaching junior staff when required
  • Transaction monitoring
  • Manages a portfolio of companies involved in various transactions including operational companies, structured finance, private credit, restructuring and real estate financing.
  • Communicates and coordinates with clients as well as all internal and external parties on the transactions in the allocated portfolio.
  • Promotes a client service-oriented culture by providing timely responses to client requests, personal attention, complaint follow up and monitors the professionalism in communication with clients, colleagues and intermediaries.
