Company Secretarial Manager - London / Hybrid - £48k-£70k + great benefits

We’re looking for an experienced Company Secretarial Manager to join a fabulous financial organisation in their London office.Joining a great organisation, the Company Secretarial Manager will work closely with the Accountancy, Tax and consultancy teams, supporting several offices. The Company Secretarial staff provide support to clients, covering all areas of Company Secretarialpractice including incorporating companies, preparing statutory forms, maintain statutory records and complex share work.What’s on offerOur client is offering a competitive salary (dependent on experience) and bonus & benefits scheme, which includes 33 days annual leave (including BH), private medical cover, private pension scheme, life assurance policy, learning and development opportunities,a flexible dress code, employee assistance programme, generous sick leave scheme, enhance parental and family leave and more!Hybrid working is available with 3 days per week based in the office and 2 days working from home.Key responsibilities as the Company Secretarial Manager will include:
  • Supporting the Senior Manager in overseeing the Company Secretarial team
  • Preparation of complex work
  • Reviewing work prepared by team members
  • Overseeing maintenance of company’s statutory records
  • Preparing and filing of Companies House forms
  • Incorporations / dissolving companies
  • Providing technical training to team members
  • And more!
What we’re looking for:
  • Previous experience in a Company Secretarial role
  • Previous experience in a professional services environment, preferably within the financial sector
  • Solid knowledge of Companies Act 2006
  • Experienced in using Diligent
  • Strong technical knowledge for complex work
  • Experienced in people management / team leadership
  • Ability to build and sustain positive internal and external relationships
  • Excellent, confident communication skills
  • Organised, with a keen eye for accuracy
  • Proactive team player
