Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesInvestment Schedule Updates

  1. Compare Pantheon fund exposure to underlying companies based on GP quarterly reports
  2. Identify and reconcile any new transactions in the quarter.
  3. Where applicable create transaction events to bring Pantheon’s database up to date.
  4. Apply robust checks to ensure the highest levels of data integrity
Portfolio monitoring
  1. Capture core data for Pantheon’s fund of funds and its portfolio company investments on a regular basis
  2. Meet deadlines for inputting the data into Pantheon’s valuation system
  3. Apply robust checks to ensure the highest levels of data integrity
  4. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and Pantheon policy (including reporting compliance risks and maintaining appropriate standards of conduct
Knowledge and Experience Required
  1. High level of professionalism, attention to detail and judgement.
  2. Experience of working in a busy team, working to tight deadlines.
  3. Ability to prioritise and manage own workload.
  4. An understanding and experience of company financial data and valuation
  5. Experience of data analysis would be an advantage.
  6. Understanding of how underlying company valuations translate to fund valuations.
