Our Client is a brand leader in Health & Wellness. They are a major disruptor who have a host of A List celebrity following. Our client is going through 1 million pound brand refresh that will see them hosting major festivals in 2022, Coachella, Glastonburyand Wireless to name a few.We are seeking Community Executive acts as the bridge between brand and the community; aiming to grow and nurture a loyal customer base and cult-following across social media, by reaching potential customers and building relationships with existing ones. Therole requires establishing a consistent brand tone of voice, engaging digital audiences and promoting positive brand perception. Managing community communications across social media is integral to this role. RESPONSIBILITIES * Work closely with the Social Media Manager to develop and implement social media strategies to align with business and brand goals. * Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service, to ensure brand consistency. * Manage community communications across social media; from DMs to comments. * Respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reactions across social channels. * Brainstorm and brief creative content to engage and excite the community. * Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content. * Regularly report community trends to the wider team; such as most frequent complaints, requests and preferences. * Keep up to date with the rest of the business, to inform and advise the community effectively. * Contribute suggestions to elevate the gifting and competition experiences. * Fulfil social competition prizes and gifting to the community, ambassadors and influencers in an efficient manner. * Lead gifting for brand campaigns. * Maintain a consistent brand tone of voice. * Actively research trends and hot topics, to inform content and copy, and to stay reactive and relevant.
