This includes, but is not limited to, a face to face meeting to screen right to work, a DBS check, training modules, onboarding forms, 3 years referencing and gaps in employment

DescriptionCommunications Officer - NHS band 5:

Media handling - Covering the press enquiries mailbox, polishing press releases
Excellent written skills - Responding to journalists, drafting articles, writing emails externally and internally
Content development - supporting social media, amending the website, developing articles
Excellent communication skills - confident to speak to a range of stakeholders at all levels
Dealing with technical and sensitive information

ProfileCommunications Officer - NHS band 5:

Corporate comms experience in public/private sector (preferably NHS)
Media handling (press releases through to handling media enquiries)
Excellent written skills across multiple platforms dealing with technical and sensitive information
Content development from social media through the website
Good organisational skills managing a range of comms accounts and mailboxes
