The Team The Business Development & Marketing department is responsible for all aspects of business development and communications for the firm and consists of 23 members. The department focusses on revenue generation and reputation enhancement. As a department, we consider ourselves to be commercially minded, proactive & creative with a sense of humour - qualities which we would appreciate in a candidate. Responsibilities Develop and deliver a communications program focused on achieving the strategic objectives of a selected number of our sectors and practices in consultation with the Head of Marketing and the Heads of the relevant sectors & practices.The program should cover all media - internally including our intranet and externally focussed on journalists, our websites and social and include at least four marketing campaigns per year.In addition, the Manager will be required to support all others in the team when needed and in particular to support the Head of Marketing in the development of strategic firm communications.There will be a range of other responsibilities including managing directory submissions for the parts of the business supported and helping with reporting on best practices and training.This Manager will also have management responsibilities for 3 communications Senior Executives/Managers.
