Job Description

Communications & Engagement ManagerThe Adecco Public Sector Team have been engaged to source for an experienced PCommunications & Engagement Manager to work across a very politically charged and high-profile programme. To be successful in the role the ideal candidate will hold active SC Clearance,The role is paying up to £600 per day inside IR35 and is critical to the success of this project.Key responsibilities of the role will include:Programme Stakeholder Engagement Lead:

  • Responsible for leading on stakeholder communication and engagement across the Government department.
  • Reporting to the Programme Director the role will be responsible for stakeholder engagement and overall communications for the programme.
  • Managing strategic communications and engagement, working with Directors acting as the interface between operations and the programme.
Activities included:
  • Own and lead delivery of the comms and engagement plan
  • Be the conduit for internal and external comms, leading and supporting the programme team with comms and engagement
  • Establish working relationships with senior stakeholders (SCS level) supporting the programme engagement activities, working as the interface to ensure stakeholder requirements, concerns and or reporting is captured and delivered
  • Work closely with the broader comms teams to ensure consistency of messages
The successful candidate will:
  • Extensive Government experience within Programme stakeholder communications
  • Ideally SC Clearance
