Established in 2022 as a joint venture between PAI Partners and PepsiCo, thecompany aims to promote new growth for its business, opportunities for its people and accelerate a vision to quench the worlds thirst for more delight and nourishment.With a global footprint of more than 2,000 associates that spans North America and Europe,we are proud of our industry-leading capabilities in areas that include innovation, R&D, manufacturing, distribution, sales, marketing and nutrition expertise.Whats Your RoleTBG is looking for someone to add to their Global Communications Team who can lead Communications and Public Affairs efforts in support of their European business, which exists primarily in the UK, France and Belgium where we have a large manufacturing footprint.Thisperson will be responsible for serving as the key communications resource for the European team, across both external and internal channels. This includes serving as a critical counselor on any external-facing brand communications, adapting a global, corporatenarrative to further our agenda in Europe with key stakeholders (including media, key opinion leaders and government regulators) and working closely with the HR team to ensure our workforce is engaged and informed.Reporting directly into the Head of GlobalCommunications and indirectly into the CEO of the European Business Unit, this role will also need to collaborate closely with other leaders across the team including members of the legal, regulatory and marketing teams. Candidates should be based in London. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to serve as a critical and influential subject matter expert for a growing portfolio. As such, the ideal candidate will be experienced, motivated, and inspired by the opportunity to shape a communications agendaand ways of working.Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Corporate + Brand Communications

• Lead strategic, external communications efforts on behalf of the company, including building outreach plans, narratives and content to reach targeted audiences.
• Support local executives to vet and coordinate any appropriate visibility efforts
• Manage incoming media inquiries from European outlets to our brands or TBG
• Support the business in managing the communications aspect of any market specific crises or issues

Public Affairs

• Help shape the companys government affairs capability including the establishment of processes, procedures and tools to unlock efficiency
• Participate in industry trade associations and coalitions, negotiate industry positions/policies, and help build consensus consistent with TBGs global corporate view.
• Serve as a liaison to key business partners on critical policy issues that may affect our business as well as manage any associated regulatory and consumer/reputational risks.

Internal Communications

• Work closely with the local HR team to articulate key policies and procedures to employees
• Support the development of internal communications pieces on behalf of the EU CEO as appropriate
• Assist in building out cultural initiatives
