The Role:As Commissioning Transformation Lead - Childrens Services you can make your own powerful contribution to improving thelives of children, young people and families in our diverse city. Our Childrens Services are already Ofsted outstanding. But with the continued service change and transformation you drive, they will go from strength to strength. Youll be building on a uniqueplatform. By sharing facilities and expertise with Kensington and Chelsea Council, were able to offer innovative and ambitious services for children and their families. We work in partnership with our communities to educate, protect and transform lives. We will look to you to play a key role in our Commissioning and Transformation Team, which manages a wide range of strategicrelationships, partnerships and services for Childrens Services including social care, health services, early years, early help, youth services, education and special educational needs. Across both boroughs, you will support creative service improvementswith real impact. Drawing on a range of transformation and change methodologies, youll support a portfolio of programmes and teams across diverse departments. Identifying the issues that matter to our communities, and shaping innovative ways to solve localproblems, youll collaborate with all kinds of people to bring positive and lasting change to life. About You:Improving the outcomes of children and young people is what drives you. To that end, youve developed experience of delivering service change resultingin better outcomes and efficiency. Which means youre ready to shape and deliver a range of ambitious projects. A self-starter with plenty of initiative, youre also a true collaborator, with a flair for forging strong relationships and connections acrossand beyond departments, partners and sectors.
