Job Description

Commissioning / Project EngineerLondonUp to £40,000 About the Client:

  • Our client, specialists in the Fire and Security industry, are seeking a hardworking and passionate Commissioning / Project Engineer based around the London area to join their Projects team on a permanent basis.
    • The Role:
  • Installing and Commissioning fire alarm systems (Apollo, Kentec, Advanced, VESDA, Morley, Hochiki, etc)
  • Install modifications, small extensions and small new systems in and around the M25
  • Commission different systems and protocols
  • Meet with clients and ensure a first-class service delivery when on-site
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Maintain records by documenting services & tests
    • Qualities Required:
  • Ideally 4 years’ Experience of working on Fire Systems
  • Experience of producing reports and completing paperwork accurately
  • Experience of building positive relationships with clients and colleagues
  • The ability to work on your own and willingness to show initiative but also as a team
  • A full UK driving license is essential
  • Must be a qualified electrician with 17th Edition as a minimum
  • Knowledge of design, CDM, RAMS and project control
