An opportunity has arised with one of our most trusted clients, to join their team based in their Central London office, as a Commercial Property Paralegal.This role is integral to the success of the in-house legal team within a Central London-based company, providing crucial support to the General Counsel. It entails a diverse range of responsibilities, including acting as Company Secretary for approximately130 SPVs (Special Purpose Vehicles), managing filings at Companies House, drafting legal documents such as confirmation statements, resolutions, board minutes, agreements, leases, and various deeds.Additionally, the role involves reviewing commercial agreements, coordinating with colleagues across different jurisdictions, conducting Land Registry searches, managing internal purchase orders, and handling sensitive legal matters like NDAs (Non-DisclosureAgreements) and Letters Before Action.The ideal candidate would be highly organised, proactive, and possess a keen eye for detail. They should thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high standard of work. Strong communication skills are vitalfor liaising with colleagues internationally and locally.
