The Role The firm is seeking to hire an ambitious Commercial& Property Litigation Solicitor to join their newly refurbished office based in the West End, London. You will be dealing with both Commercial and Property Litigation. The firm act for a real mixture of clients from household names to SMEs / start-ups andHNW/UHNW individuals. The caseload will be broad but include; partnership disputes, shareholder disputes, professional negligence claims and high-value commercial disputes, dilapidation claims, mediation, landlord and tenant disputes, break notices, terminationof leases and possession.
