Commercial Project ManagerThis is a fantastic opportunity for a well organised, commercially minded and enthusiastic candidate to develop their career within a fast growing, dynamic business at the heart of the global $90 trillion investment management industry.Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for assisting on larger commercial driven projects and managing smaller projects for the Citywire internal Marketing Department.The role requires an ability to work closely with the marketing and sales teams, to activate strategic and commercially driven Citywire owned and client partner projects in real-time to ensure project KPIs are met. This is an important role that will assist in growing the internal marketing department and its performance and credibility globally. You will have a great opportunity to work with other areas of the business and gain specialist valuable knowledge of Citywire.Main responsibilities- Assist the Senior Marketing Manager and work closely with the sales team to define project KPIs and campaign metrics.- Implement project timelines and coordinate project staff to ensure campaign metrics and key milestones are met and optimised throughout.- Report regularly to the Senior Marketing Manager and Citywire sales team to highlight any issues across projects.- Assisting with the gathering of campaign tracking information across Citywire owned media: social media, email outreach, website stats and paid for media: PPC, paid social etc.- Prepare project evaluation reports for clients and create creds showcase presentations to arm the sales team with assets for future client and partner sales.- Share ideas and recommendations on how to optimise future campaign management.- Work with the Senior Marketing Manager and sales team to develop and set up best campaign activation and reporting learning sessions, both globally and locally.Job Specific skills / previous experience- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.- Experience in managing fast-paced and commercially driven projects.- An excellent communicator, well organised and with the initiative and confidence to manage a global team.- Previous experience within financial services or the publishing sector is welcomed.Competitive salary and additional company benefits:- 25 days holiday per annum (rising to 28 days after three years’ service followed by 29 and30 days after five years’ service) plus bank holidays,- Competitive private pension scheme,- Well-being: access to an independent Employee Assistance Programme available 24/7,- Wellbeing activities and subsidised gym options.
