Job Description Amazing opportunity to work as a Commercial Project Manager - Ecosystem strategy for a leading Big4 Tech company based in Central London! Tenure - 12 months You will also be responsible for updating internal stakeholders on progress and impact of these projects on a recurring basis, hence excellent data visualization, written and oral communication skills are a plus. High level of ownership with the ability towork in a highly ambiguous project environment is required. The team is fast-paced, and the environment is always evolving - hence, the candidate should be a self-starter, having the skills to function and thrive in such an environment. A few recurring tasks:
  • Develop and maintain project plans, RACI matrix, and other cross-functional deliverables
  • Own entire life-cycles of multiple projects with high stakeholder visibility
  • Lead project meetings with external partners, and gather updates on deliverables from multiple cross-functional teams
  • Design, author and maintain weekly newsletters to internal stakeholders
  • Write and review copy for external and internal websites and blogs
  • Produce data dashboards and other visualisations showing progress of multiple projects
Required Qualifications
  • Self-starter and ownership of work is a requirement
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects while working independently to drive projects to completion with minimum guidance and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills, project and stakeholder management skills, and ability to keep multiple priorities moving at the same time.
  • Ability to influence without authority
  • Deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of leadership with ability to create visual displays of quantitative information
  • Demonstrated record of being proactive, making constructive suggestions, and coming up with innovative ways to scale initiatives.
  • Ambiguity Skills: Self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and able to think big, and drive innovation, while paying careful attention to details
