  • Recognised industry qualifications including gas safe/ACS commercial gas
  • Good customer services skills, well presented and articulate
  • Ability to diagnose and repair faults on commercial gas appliances
  • Experience of working on commercial gas maintenance contracts previously would be advantageous
  • Motivated and trustworthy
JOB INFORMATION - Commercial plumbing and heating Engineer*Based from home and working on a mobile basis you would be responsible for carrying out maintenance and repair on a wide range of commercial gas appliances
  • You would be responsible for carrying out PPM Schedules covering commercial sites including reactive & planned maintenance services to housing association portfolios, commercial Real estate, major Fast-food chains, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and engineeringsites, in addition to our agile delivery of CAT A / CAT B Project fit-out programmes.   • To carry out planned and reactive maintenance as instructed by the Service Manager
  • Good practical and hand skills
  • The ability to follow technical drawings, building plans and other instructions

  • Flexibility Salary & benefits:
  • Working hours: 8.30am - 5pm Monday-Friday NO CALL OUT
  • Salary of £38 - 42k (dependent upon experience)
