Job Description

Commercial Manager, Car RetentionHastings is a leading company within the UK general insurance market; our vision is to become the best and biggest digital insurer.This is an exciting time for us as we continue to grow through embracing digital trends and the power of data, were looking for a Commercial Manger to support the continued growth in performance and profitability, working with key stakeholders to identifyand deliver commercial initiatives.The RoleReporting directly into our Head of Car Retention, you will be an integral lead to ensure we deliver our committed commercial and customer outcomes resulting in market leading persistency levels.Flexible in location, but travel will be required to on a frequent basis to one of our office locations.How you will make a difference:

  • Through insight, analysis, and commercial judgement, identify and deliver Persistency and income opportunities, working alongside key business stakeholders.
  • You will lead the implementation and delivery of initiatives and change ensuring benefits are delivered rapidly and with maximum effect.
  • You will develop and maintain strong and effective relationships with stakeholders in all functions that have a role in delivering Persistency outcomes.
  • You will be responsible for delivering and maintaining and effective customer journeys to maximise Persistency outcomes.
