Job Description

COMMERCIAL MANAGER LONDON£45,000-£65,000 +BONUS +BENEFITSTHE COMPANYThis company is one of the leading challenger banks and is known as a market disruptor. They were founded over 10 years ago and have over 4 million customers. This role focuses on P&L and ROI with a very heavy commercial view.THE ROLEAs Commercial Manager, some of your main responsibilities will be:

  • Provide insights on all things commercial, from customer, marketing, sales, and activity to understand how this impacts the ROI.
  • Work with senior stakeholder within your team but also C-suite to deliver projects, highlighting opportunities for growth and additional revenue.
  • Manage 1 commercial executive, managing their day and leading on projects together.
  • Full ownership of reporting on P&L.
  • Manage the commercial objectives and projects.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEA successful Commercial Manager will have:
  • Commercial experience working within a cards environment or financial services.
  • Experience working on P&L and ROI.
  • Management experience would be ideal but may be able to flex.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to influence and build effective working relationships.
  • Educated to a degree level or above in a STEM subject.
